Here is the mandatory page about some legal stuff that you should be aware of when buying from this small shop of mine.

The goods being sold on site website are all original content, and are protected by Luxembourgish intellectual property rights.

Here are some little things you might want to respect about the digital goods being sold on this website.

Basically, you can't:

• Resell this content,
• Make it your own without mentioning the original author,
• Create a similar content based on this content and distribute it.
• Make a derivative of this content,
• Distribute it once you bought it.

You can:

• Use this content in a in a professional context with multiple colleagues of yours. (With the Enterprise and Extended licences)
• Provide the link to this content so other people can legally acquire the content.

In case of doubt, considere everything else that is not explicitly said here as forbidden, and don't hesitate to ask.

Examples of situations:

• You are a freelancer and you want to use this content for your daily work, evaluate things using the checklist, grow your knowledge. You can acquire a Solo licence.
• You are a freelancer and want to animate a workshop using this content, you should acquire either an Enterprise or an Extended licence depending on the number of people attending your workshop.
• You are a company under 30 employees and want this resource to be used by only one employee. You need to acquire the Enterprise licence at least since the content will benefit your company.
• You are a company of precisely 30 employees, you need to acquire the Extended licence.

Due to the type of goods (digital goods), the delivery will be made by e-mail. You will receive a link that will allow you to download the digital good 5 times. (unless something else is specified)

Digital products sold here are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

You can ask for a refund only in some specific situations where the download of the product never happened, for example.

The data processed when you buy something on this shop are the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The download triggers a record with this information: date, time, IP address and approximate location.
• Your agreement to being subscribed to the informational mailing list. (optional)

You e-mail is used to send you the digital goods. If you agreed to subscribe to the informational mailing list, your e-mail might be used to send you new product releases, gifts and promotions. (less than once a month)

Your e-mail will not be sold to another service or third party, and won't be used by Payhip.

This site uses internal tracking system that anonymize the IP address and doesn't send the information to a third party (Google or Facebook).

Liability

The seller of the digital goods offered on this website (the "Goods") shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use of the Goods, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website. The buyer assumes all risk and liability arising from the use of the Goods.

Warranty

The Goods are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The seller does not warrant that the Goods will meet the buyer's requirements or that the operation of the Goods will be uninterrupted or error-free. The buyer acknowledges that the Goods may contain defects and agrees to use the Goods at their own risk. The seller does not provide any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Goods.
